These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of the [Auto Service Broker Company] (“Company”) website and the provision of auto services, including vehicle pick-up and drop-off services.
1. Acceptance of Terms:
By selecting the checkbox indicating agreement to these Terms, the user (“Customer”) acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
2. Services Offered:
The Company provides auto services, including vehicle pick-up from the Customer’s designated location, servicing, maintenance, repairing, detailing, passing, and dropping it back to the same location.
3. Vehicle Eligibility:
- The Customer must ensure that the vehicle is in driving condition and roadworthy for the Company to provide the pick-up and drop-off services.
4. Vehicle Pick-Up and Drop-Off:
- The Company will arrange for a designated driver to pick up the Customer’s vehicle from the agreed location.
- The Company will ensure the safe transport of the vehicle to the service facility.
- Upon completion of the service, the Company will deliver the serviced vehicle to the same agreed location.
5. Scheduling and Coordination:
- The Customer agrees to provide accurate and up-to-date information for scheduling the pick-up and drop-off.
- The Company will coordinate with the Customer to agree upon suitable pick-up and drop-off times.
6. Payment and Pricing:
- The Customer agrees to pay the specified service fee for the auto services, including the pick-up and drop-off.
- Prices may vary based on the type of service, location, and other factors. The Customer will be informed of the pricing structure before confirmation.
7. Vehicle Servicing, Maintenance, Repairing, Detailing, and Passing:
- The Company shall perform vehicle servicing, maintenance, repairing, detailing, and passing as per the Customer’s request and in compliance with applicable regulations.
- The Customer is responsible for clearly specifying the required services during booking.
8. Liability and Insurance:
- The Company will take necessary precautions to ensure the safety of the vehicle during pick-up, service, and drop-off.
- The Customer is responsible for providing accurate insurance information and coverage for their vehicle.
9. Cancellation Policy:
- The Customer may cancel the service up to 3 hours before the booked time without incurring any charges.
- Cancellations made less than 3 hours before the booked time will incur a cancellation fee of AED 50.
10. Customer Responsibilities:
- The Customer must provide accurate and complete information regarding the vehicle, including any pre-existing damage.
- The Customer is responsible for securing personal belongings from the vehicle before pick-up.
11. Privacy and Data Protection:
The Company will handle the Customer’s personal information in accordance with its privacy policy, which can be found on the Company’s website.
12. Governing Law:
These Terms and any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
13. Changes to Terms:
The Company reserves the right to modify or amend these Terms at any time. The Customer will be notified of any significant changes.
